Whats been up with me

I know it’s been a while since the VCU upset at the final 4 but everything at school has gone back to normal. The basketball dudes are with the normal groupies and everything. I hope they get something more then some azz out of this accomplishment.

Mean while during the final 4 game I was visiting a friend in Philly for his 21^st birthday and let me tell you he was the perfect host. We had all the fullages necessary to have a great party. However because he is a dancer there were days when I had to beg him to go and find something to eat. I been telling people he doesn’t eat but what I should have said is he forgets that he needs to. There is nothing wrong with that I think. Because in high school I was the same way, with all the appearances and play practices and late night meetings I lost track of time when I was hungry.

It wasn’t until I got to college where food was the only place where everyone congregated at that I really began eating again. But at my friends school they don’t have a dining hall and they are all dancers. So needless to say food isn’t a top priority. But I did have a blast I was debating on going again but then I would have to take off of work again. Something I said I would only do for impotent things like best friends birthday, family graduations, ect.

Then this week I worked till close on two of the worst days Monday and Tuesday and what made it bad is that we were having people come in to inspect the place. So you know what that means… management wanted us to clean extra hard. So I got home at about 1:40 the first night and 1:30 the next night. Needless to say when I got a chance to take back my wind on Friday I realized that I had received two 0 in one of my easy classes. I cant let that happen again. Even though they are easy they are still 3 credits

What you can buy with money

The other day I watched a movie on HBO and basically there was this couple got married and wanted to start a life. So they started to build a house. Unfortunately they ran into a hard time with money kind of like times are now. So they were trying to find a way to make up the money. Any who they end up at a casino and a man (rich man) offered to buy the girl a dress and she said “the dress is for sale and I’m not” well that only made the rich man want her more. Well he did buy her and she ended up with him for a while. And she probably would have stayed had he not told her that there were millions of more women that he had taken from their men with this whole buying thing. I loved the movie because I’m a hopeless romantic. And I love clothing and I would love for a rich man to swipe in and buy me all I want. 

Spring Break In NY

I had a great time during spring break I keep telling people of I didn't do much just went to NY for a day. And that’s a lie I had a blast. I need to have more day trips like this in my life.

Sweaters

The winter is running away from us and its time to put the sweaters to rest; However I haven’t had the chance to ware all of my sweaters as of yet. So I decided to dedicate a post to sweaters everywhere. Like who doesn’t like sweaters. Some of my best winter memories involved me wearing sweaters. Like Christmas, thanks giving dinners, house parties (and yes I wore a sweater to a house party and I had the time of my life). Fun fact for my interview in high school at Duke Ellington I wore a sweater.

Think about when you watch movies and the couple is snuggled up in the house watching a movie right before the monster or someone comes in to interrupt. They are typically wearing a sweater. For about three birthdays straight my grandmother bought me different Disney sweaters, and still wares them to this day. I’m in class thinking of how sad people would be with out their sweaters, so I need to post this and get back to listening. Hear are some pictures I found enjoy. 

Time flys

I’m back from spring break and let me tall you I feel like school is about to be over in a jiffy. There is a lot that I haven’t had a chance to do. Like settle on a place to live for next school year. However I see more of the things that I have been able to do; like I have a job. I work five days a week and I’m making the money I need to not put such a financial strain on my parents. So I don’t want to down play my achievements by thinking of all the goals that I had that will not come true this semester. Because I’m not a quitter and best believe ill be right back at it next year.
