I have been through some things in my life. But I have never had to go through some of the most traumatic things that children in DC are now seeing. Yesterday a young girl in a overnight summer camp accused another young man in the program of raping her. The sad this in that they are both underage and no one was around to say who is telling the truth because the boy is saying it was consensual. I don’t know how a child the age of 14 or 15 how ever old they are can think that they are ready to have sex or even think of raping someone. DC is falling by the way side and these parents need to protect their children.
